Pero ya va quedando menos para la primavera.
This recipe reminds me of summer time, on a nice terrace watching the sunset with friends and a cool beer no matter where, as long as the sea were the protagonist. I need the heat and the sunshine to survive and, although we are having nice weather the last few days, I mean it`s sunny, it is really cool outside.
I hope spring will come soon.
INGREDIENTES
*Hojaldre
*queso de cabra
*Anchoas
*espinacas
*nueces
*Manzana Granny Smith
1- Cortar el hojaldre en cuadraditos y doblarle un poco los extremos para que no se salga
2- Poner en cada uno manzana troceada muy pequeña, nueces picadas un par de hojas de espinacas y encima una rodaja de queso de cabra y una anchoa
2- Meter en el horno durante media hora a 200º
INGREDIENTS
*Puff pastry
*goat cheese
*anchovies
*spinach
*nuts
*granny Smith apple
1- Cut the puff pastry into squares and fold a bit the edges
2-Put in the squares apple cut into small cubes and grind nuts a couple of spinach leaves and on top of it a slice of goat cheese and anchovies
3- Bake in the oven at 200º for half an hour
